Penacarada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce Galliano
2 teaspoons rose hip syrup
2 teaspoons simple syrup
2 teaspoons coconut milk (use full fat)
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1 teaspoon milk
Preparation

Half fill a cocktail shaker with finely crushed ice. Add all the ingredients and shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple slice, orange slice and a cherry.
