Grandma'S Favorite Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    4 cups cinnamon-raisin bread, cubed, day old
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Combine all ingredients except bread in a large bowl.
    Stir to mix well.
    Stir in bread.
    Spoon into ungreased casserole dish and bake 30 minutes or until pudding is set and knife come out clean.
