Charmie'S Albondigas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
    2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
    2 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce
    3 cups water
    1/2 yellow onion, diced
    2 carrots, peeled and diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 cup rice, uncooked
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons ice water
Preparation
    In a large pot combine broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Add vegetables.
    Bring to a boil.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Form into small meatballs.
    Add carefully to soup.
    Cook for 15-30 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
