New Mexico Green Chile Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large fresh tomatoes
    6 green chilies
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    salt, to taste
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and roasted chile. Remove stems and seeds from green chiles.
    Grind in a blender or food processor tomatoes, chiles, garlic and onion. Add vinegar and salt to taste.
