Middle Eastern Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart white wine vinegar
    1/4 cup dried lemon peel
    3 sprigs fresh oregano
    2 sprigs of fresh mint
    1 cinnamon stick
    decoration
    cinnamon stick (optional)
Preparation
    Pour vinegar over herbs. Cover tightly and steep 2-3 weeks.
    Strain into decorative bottle. Add a cinnamon stick for decoration.
