Spiced Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup lentils, rinsed
    1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 celery rib, sliced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 bay leaves
    1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
    3 tablespoons curry powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    4 cups vegetable broth
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
    Cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours until lentils are tender.
    Remove bay leaves before serving.
