Chia Seed Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup chia seeds
    1 cup oats
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons cocoa or 2 tablespoons carob powder
    2 1/2 cups almond milk
Preparation
    Blend Almond milk with cocoa and honey.
    Mix chia seeds and oats.
    Add liquid blend to dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
    Let sit on counter for 2 minutes, then place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
