Simply Roasted Fennel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fennel bulbs, cleaned and quartered
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Toss the fennel, olive oil, season with salt and pepper and pop into the oven, uncovered, in a small pan.
Shake the pan every 15-20 minutes.
Cook for 45 minutes, or until soft and starting to crisp on the edges.
