Ham Balls With Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs cooked ham, ground
2/3 lb fresh ground pork
2/3 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup cracker crumb
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 tablespoons green peppers, diced fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
SAUCE
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Preparation

Combine ham, pork& beef.
Add eggs, tomato juice, crumbs, onion, green pepper& salt.
Shape into balls, (slightly larger than golf balls).
Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake@ 350 for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
Cook& stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over hamballs.
Bake 30-45 minutes longer.
