Auntie Bonnie'S Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (garbanzo beans)
    1/4 small red onion, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large tomatoes, diced
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss all ingredients together.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Makes 2 large or 4 small servings.
