Zesty Dijon Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
    1 (4 1/2 ounce) can baby shrimp or 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped into small pieces
    sliced green onion, for garnish
Preparation
    With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, mustard, sour cream, and chopped onion at medium speed.
    Stir in the shrimp, cover and chill for about 2 hours.
    Garnish with the green onion and serve on a platter with the veggies.
