Swiss Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    8 slices swiss cheese
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    16 ounces tomato sauce (2 cans)
    3/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for cheese. Put half of the mixture in a greased loaf pan.Put the cheese on top of the meat mixture. Then put the rest of the meat mixture on top of the cheese.
    Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
