East Coast Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
    3 celery ribs, cut on bias
    5 carrots, cut in half lenth wise
    2 large onions, sliced
    3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup
    1 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
Preparation
    Place all ingrediants in a 3 quart stew pot and stir until mixed. Cover and bake in a 200 F oven for 3 to 4 hours.
