Wake Me Up Before You Go Go - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice lemon (wash the lemon before you cut it up)
    2 1/8 inches sliced fresh ginger
    1/16 teaspoon hot cayenne pepper (I just shake a bit into the cup)
    1 cup hot water
Preparation
    Place the slices of lemon, ginger and the cayenne pepper into a coffee mug.
    Add the hot water.
    Let steep for 2 minutes.
    Wake up!
    Note: you can add sugar or sweetener if you want, honey would go very nicely with this.
