Daufuskie Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 -4 medium strawberries
1 cup crushed ice
1 1/2 ounces light rum
2 ounces orange juice
1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
Preparation

Place strawberries and ice in the container of an electric blender.
Add remaining ingredients andblend on low speed 10- 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with a fresh berry.
