Pacific Rim Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients together.
Marinade time: beef and pork-4-8 hours, chicken-1-4 hours.
