Oriental Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups carrots, shredded
1/4 cup green pepper, finely minced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1 dash garlic powder
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine carrots and green pepper.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add to carrots, mixing well.
Chill several hours to blend flavors.
(To toast sesame seeds, place them in a shallow pan in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.).
