Pear & Ginger Mule - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ounces chopin vodka
1 ounce fresh pear puree
1/3 ounce fresh lime juice
freshly grated ginger
non-alcoholic ginger beer
Preparation

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top of with non-alcoholic ginger beer. Garnish with a wedge of pear.
