Dahi Meat (Mutton In Yogurt) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    150 ml curds
    3 cardamoms
    2 teaspoons cornflour
    1 teaspoon ginger paste
    1 onion, chopped
    150 ml cold water
    2 teaspoons tomato puree
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    450 g lamb, cubed
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
Preparation
    Heat the oil and fry the onion until soft.
    Stir in the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cardamom and garam masala.
    Add the meat and fry until browned.
    Stir in the tomato puree, salt, water and cornflour and curd. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
    Serve with rice.
