Phyllis' Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 teaspoon butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Heat sugar, milk, cocoa in saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. (Don't let it boil too long).
    Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.
    Serve over biscuits.
