Japanese Apple-Carrot Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup light soy sauce (Utsukushi)
    1 cup rice vinegar
    1 cup olive oil
    1 small onion
    1 small apple
    2 -3 garlic cloves
    1 carrot
    1 tablespoon orange marmalade (Robinson's) or 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients together in a food processor or a blender and whiz until relatively smooth.
    Keep refrigerated.
