Caramelized Apple Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    2 small Granny Smith apples, sliced into wedges
    1 tablespoon Bourbon
    For serving
    waffle, warmed
    vanilla ice cream
    walnuts
Preparation
    Melt the sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the apple and bourbon. Cook until golden brown, turning once.
    Serve the apples on a waffle with vanilla ice cream and walnuts. Drizzle with the extra caramel from the pan.
