Ortega Chili Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can ortega chilies, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk (I use PET brand)
8 ounces monterey jack cheese
8 ounces cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
