Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 liter 2% milk
    1/2 cup short-grain rice, I use arborio
    1 cinnamon stick
    4 slices lemon peel, yellow part only
    1/3 cup caster sugar
    1/2 cup light cream
Preparation
    In a large saucepan bring milk to the boil.
    Add rice, cinnamon stick, lemon peel, sugar. Lower the heat and let it gently simmer for 30min.
    Stir once in a while.
    Add light cream and keep cooking for 20min.
    Spoon into 4 bowls or glasses. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate.
