Little Chocolate Bourbon Low Carb Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup carbalose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons Bourbon or 2 tablespoons vanilla, to taste
Preparation

Melt the chocolate.
In a mixer or food processor, beat the eggs into the cream cheese and add the rest of the ingredients.
Sweeten to taste and add your favorite flavoring to taste.
Spray cupcake papers with non-stick spray and place in muffin tins.
Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
Chill or freeze when cooled.
