Edamame With Asian Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb edamame
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation

Boil the edamame in salted water for 5-8 minutes.
Combine all of the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring, to dissolve sugar or honey.
Toss with the hot edamame. Serve immediately.
