Beer Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground turkey
    1/2 salt
    1/2 pepper
    2 medium size tomatoes
    16 ounces lager beer or 16 ounces ale
    2 bouillon cubes (optional)
    3 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
    1 tablespoon smoked sweet paprika or 1 tablespoon paprika
    1 chili powder
    1 tablespoon dried cilantro
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    16 ounces black beans
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    cheese, to top
Preparation
    While browning the meat season it with salt and pepper so the meat will absorb the flavor.
    Toss in the tomatoes and let it cook for about 3 minutes until soft.
    Pour in the beer, add the tomato paste, and all the dry ingredients. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
    Put in the beans and let cook for 10 minutes.
    Add the onion and pepper and let cook for 10 more minutes.
    Serve with cheese and fresh cilantro on top. Best with crackers or search for my homemade jalapeno corn muffin that goes best with these.
