Paleo Pumpkin Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    8 dates, chopped
    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1/3 cup shredded coconut
    1/3 cup honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 tablespoons cinnamon
    1 tablespoon nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon clove
    1/8 teaspoon ginger
Preparation
    preheat oven 325 degrees.
    Mix wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, coconut oil, honey, vanilla & spices.
    Add dry: nuts & dates.
    Spread evenly onto parchment covered baking sheet.
    Bake for 30 - 40 minutes - mix half way through.
    Let cool --> will get crunchy when cool.
    Snack directly or serve with almond milk as a cereal.
