Spice Em' Up Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tablespoon ground mustard
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    4 3/4 inch thick pork chops
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    SAUCE
    2 teaspoons ground mustard
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    2 tablespoons orange marmalade
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; dredge chops.
    Brown chops in oil on both sides.
    Cook chops 8 minutes.
    Mix sauce ingredients.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until chops are tender.
