Crock Pot Rockcastle Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    6 -12 garlic cloves, pressed and minced
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    6 tablespoons chili powder
    2 tablespoons ground cumin
    2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, with juice
    12 ounces water
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Chop/mince the onion and garlic.
    Layer the ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed, omitting the salt and pepper.
    Cook in the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Salt and pepper to taste once cooking is finished.
