Marinated Plums - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 plums, sliced
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
    1/4 cup vodka, chilled
    lemon sorbet
Preparation
    Mix plums, sugar, lemon and vodka in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
    Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to let the juice soak.
    Spoon over the sorbet to serve.
