Gingery Maple Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken drumsticks or 2 lbs chicken pieces
    1/3 cup flour
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
    2 teaspoons ginger
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325*F.
    Dredge chicken in flour.
    Brown on all sides in hot oil.
    Place in a 13X9 inch pan.
    Whisk together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes, turning every 15 minutes until tender.
