Country Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground pork
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon sage
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, I left this out)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well; cover and chill overnite.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Cook in lightly greased skillet over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on both sides and centers no longer pink.
