Fourth Of July Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dressing ingredients
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    salt and pepper, to taste
    cayenne, to taste
    1 small garlic clove, mashed
    1 (15 1/2 ounce) whole kernel corn, drained
    2 (16 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 red bell pepper, diced medium
    2 roma tomatoes, diced
    1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients to make the dressing, add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
    Let sit for at least 4 hours before serving.
