Japanese Hibachi Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1/4 onion
    1 medium carrot, cut into rounds
    3 tablespoons oil
    2 -3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    1 garlic clove, grated
    1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine in blender and puree, add water for more viscous dressing.
