Easy, Soothing, Tasty Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups leftover cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 onion, chopped finely
    2 -3 stalks celery, diced finely
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
    1 1/2 teaspoons minced bottled garlic or 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon cilantro
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon herbes de provence or 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
    1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    6 chicken bouillon cubes, non-dissolved
    6 cups water
    2 -3 dashes hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingrediants in large saucepan, adding water and chicken boullion cubes last.
    Stir well.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 40 minutes, or until veggies are tender.
    Serve while hot.
