Mexican Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup vinegar
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour hot mixture over cabbage, onions and bell pepper.
    Cool and store in refrigerator.
