Halloween Salad - cooking recipe

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
coarse salt and pepper
4 medium carrots, coarsely grated
1/3 cup raisins
Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and sugar; season with salt and pepper.
Add carrots and raisins, and toss to combine.
