Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    1 (12 ounce) jar homestyle chicken gravy
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas
    1 cup milk
    1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
    1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, pieces
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in hot butter in large skillet until lightly browned.
    Add gravy, peas, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Return to full boil.
    Stir in rice and pimiento; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
