Ginger Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 tablespoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter
    2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 - 1 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
Preparation
    Mix flour to salt ingredients well.
    Cream butter and sugar together and add to dry ingredients.
    Fold in crystallized ginger. Mixture will be crumbly.
    Place in a buttered 9x9 inch pan and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
    Cut while still warm.
