Slow Cooker Pork Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork shoulder, but into 1 inch cubes
    16 ounces kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices (I used an apricot apple sausage once and it was too die for)
    2 cups onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
    14 ounces cannellini beans
    14 ounces chicken broth
    6 ounces tomato paste
    2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    14 ounces diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Add all ingredients except tomatoes to slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
    Add tomatoes and cook another 30 minutes.
