Greek Deli Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 roasted red peppers, strips
    1 lb mozarella cheese, cut into 48 1/2inch cubes
    24 broccoli florets
    24 slices hard salami
    1/2 cup greek vinaigrette
Preparation
    It might be a good idea to blanch the broccoli first. Put all ingredients in a large ziploc bag and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
    Discard marinade and thread ingredients onto small skewers.
