Anissabo (Pea Soup -- Cree Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups dried peas, soaked
    1 cup celery leaves
    salt
    pepper
    savory
    20 ounces hominy
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large pot with the seasonings.
    Simmer until the peas are tender but stil firm.
    Add the hominy & cook till thickened.
    Serve hot.
