Mimi'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb butter (NO substitutes)
    1 2/3 cups sugar
    5 eggs, divided
    2 cups cake flour
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Drop in eggs one at a time, stirring after each.
    Fold in flour and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 50 minutes.
