Corned Beef Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    195 g tinned corned beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    5 medium mushrooms, chopped
    1 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped, if desired
    3 small eggs
    salt and pepper (to season)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    Spread the corned beef evenly over an 18 cm. flan dish, packing it up the sides.
    Put all the chopped ingredients on top of the corned beef.
    Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
    Pour on top of the vegetables.
    Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
    Serve hot with boiled carrots and potatoes or cold with salad.
    Can also be served on its own.
