Scotch Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
3/4 cup buttermilk
Preparation

MIx together all ingredients.
Roll into a disk and cut into 16 wedges.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min until brown.
