Beef & Pesto Ragu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g beef mince
    1 small onion, diced
    1 teaspoon garlic paste
    1 red pepper, diced
    250 ml passata
    1 tablespoon pesto sauce
    120 g pasta
Preparation
    Gently fry onions until softened. Add mince and brown.
    Once mince has browned add red pepper, passata and pesto. Simmer for 25min.
    Cook pasta according to packet directions and stir into sauce.
