Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crust removed, 1 inch cubes
    4 ounces diced ham or 4 ounces cooked & drained sausage
    4 ounces swiss cheese
    4 ounces cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    optional add-ins
    drained canned mushroom
    cooked diced broccoli
    bell pepper
Preparation
    Place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a greased 9\" square pan. Over the bread cubes, layer half of the meat and 1/2 of each cheese. Repeat all layers ending with cheese. Beat the remainng ingredients and pour over the pan. Cover loosely and refrigerate overnight.
    TO FREEZE: cover loosely and place in a gallon ziploc freezer bag. label & seal.
    If thawed, Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. If frozen, bake at 300 for 25 minutes, then 350 for 35 minutes.
