Carrot-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    4 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
Preparation
    In a 8 inch square greased baking pan, layer potatoes, onions and then carrots. Combine soup with one can of water. Pour over vegetables.
    Bake covered 350 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 30 mins more til veggies are tender.
