Patia Curry Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    500 g chicken
    2 onions
    2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
    1 tablespoon coriander
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1 tablespoon turmeric
    1 inch gingerroot, peeled & grated
    1 green chili pepper, chopped
    4 cardamom pods, crushed
    500 g passata
    4 cloves
    salt
    400 g mango chutney
Preparation
    1.Heat the oil and cook the onions until soft.
    2.Add the Garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
    3.Stir in the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    4.Stir in the pasata.
    5.Add salt.
    6.Blast with blender till smooth.
    7.Add chicken cook till browned.
    8.lastley add 400g Mango chutney.
    9. taste & serve with rice/chips WOO WOO.
